VP of Growth - ONLINE/USA

Betterticket is looking to bring in the VP of growth to our growing team.


  • A seasoned operational or business leader with 3+ years of operational oversight and team management, likely including business development; contracting; events; and other operational areas
  • A deep understanding of best practices in the event industry in terms of operational oversight and risk management, whether that relates to vendor and contract management, crisis response, health and safety, and both digital and physical security.
  • Strong knowledge base around the Event Industry — and fundamental adherence to — the principles, tools, and best practices of evidence-driven project management and team leadership; experience leading teams in alignment with annual performance goals is required.
  • Knowledge of and experience in creating business models; analyzing market trends to assess product-market fit; launching new businesses; expanding or growing into new facilities; and assessing and adapting business plans as needed.
  • Highly proficient communication skills, including social media, large-group in-person and virtual presentations, all-staff trainings, and effective 1:1 and team communication.
  • Ability to collaborate and connect with a wide range of partners.
  • A deep commitment to aligning to our company values, especially around blockchain, events, and NFTs.
  • Strong passion for our NFT Utility mission and a desire to humbly reflect and grow in pursuit of that mission.
